How many credits does one generation cost?
Generations are priced in credits. The cost depends on the model, resolution and quantity, and the exact amount is shown before you submit.
How soon do credits arrive after payment?
Usually within seconds. The page updates as soon as the server receives the payment notification. If credits do not arrive, contact us with your order number.
Do credits expire?
Yes. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase, and bonus credits follow the same 12-month period.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. Credits are a one-time purchase — there is no subscription and no auto-renewal. You use them until they run out.
Which payment methods are supported?

Can I get a refund?
Self-service refunds are not available. Credits are a digital product and land in your account as soon as payment succeeds. If something goes wrong with a payment, contact us with the order number.
